Description

The RMC-4P is a 4-pole rewireable modular plug connector, providing additional flexibility for systems requiring a neutral or control line. Its rewireable design allows for on-site assembly and maintenance, reducing downtime and waste. Built with a durable housing and secure screw terminals, it is widely used in lighting control and modular power distribution.

These connectors are typically wired using 1.5mm² to 2.5mm² cable, but can also accept 0.75mm² to 1.0mm² conductors with the correct insert. Please note: the current rating is always limited by the lowest-rated component in the chain

The lead arrived today and I am pleased to report that it works as intended. Not that your workmanship was ever in doubt but specifying electrical connections, especially oddball ones like this one which cannot be bought off the shelf, is new to me.

FYI it connects a controller/programmer (RJ12) for an astronomical telescope to a digital camera (2.5mm stereo plug) to allow long exposure photographs of very faint celestial objects in the night sky.

I feel compelled to let you know how wonderful I think your service is. Your prices are mainly very competitive, and 1-3 day delivery is normally less than 24 hours! I’ve never had a single faulty product, although I’ve had the odd thing where I’ve got it wrong, despite the comprehensive web site and pre-sales tech line.

But the feather in your cap was the excellent service yesterday when at 4:25pm, despite believing the deliveries had already been picked up, your sales representative went and checked, just to make sure. With 5 minutes before the collection was due, I managed to add two items, worth £3, to my order and saved £10 additional postage.
