An IEC C18 2 pin rewireable plug that is used for a 2 core 10amp mains cable. This IEC connector is the the male version of the IEC C17 connector, found here and is used in some vacuum cleaners, audio equipment and TV’s.
The rubber cable protector and strain relief fits cables up to 8mm. This is made to order using an IEC C14 rewireable connector.
